Common Reasons for Order Failures

In most cases, orders fail due to discrepancies between the SKU or EAN in your marketplace and your Shopify store. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Check the SKU or EAN: Verify that the SKU or EAN for the ordered product is identical in both your marketplace and Shopify store.

  2. Fix the Discrepancy: If there is a mismatch, update the SKU or EAN in either your marketplace or Shopify store to ensure they match. This should resolve the issue and allow the order to sync properly.
