Connecting To Pod Foods

 

  1. Connecting Pod Foods and Marketplace Connect

    1. Login to your Shopify store.

    2. Install Marketplace Connect by Tom IT App

    3. To add a Pod Foods connection to the Connections page of the app, choose Add Connection, and select Pod Foods.

    4. You can copy the API key on the Connection page and paste it here.

  2. Connect your SKUs to Shopify

    1. Connect each active SKU on Pod Foods with a corresponding SKU on your Shopify account in the Products page. Please note that you will need to repeat these steps if you set up a new SKU.

    2. To automatically sync new orders (recommended), go to Marketplace Connect -> Settings  to enable Autopilot.

To manually sync orders, go to Marketplace Connect -> Orders, and select the orders to sync. Then, click on Import into Shopify.

Please note that orders take a few minutes to sync from Pod Foods to Shopify. If you still do not see the orders after 30 minutes, please reach out to us for assistance.

  1. If an order is edited or canceled on Pod Foods, it WILL NOT update automatically on Shopify. You will be notified separately via email if this happens.

  2. If you edit or cancel an order on Shopify, it WILL NOT update automatically on Pod Foods.

  3. Order tracking information will be automatically populated on Pod Foods if you enable Sync Tracking option in the Settings page.

If Sync Tracking is disabled, please update the tracking information for the order manually on your Pod Foods dashboard.
If you edit or cancel a tracking code on Shopify, it WILL NOT update automatically on Pod Foods.
